The
MATRIX all steel access flooring system is manufactured in two types:

ASH, the unique hollow steel panel, with welded steel construction and an
enclosed, m formed bottom pan. | | Series
ASF, the same hollow steel panel filled with a light-weight cementitious material.
This panel gives much improved loading and sound reduction characteristics. |
With
both types, the panel consists of a uniquely formed bottom pan, deep drawn in
a two stage process which results in consistent metal thickness over the entire
bottom sheet. Varying the steel thickness of the top and bottom pans enables the
floor system to meet the various structural grades as detailed in the MOB requirements
from light through medium to heavy and extra heavy grades. The unique impression
in the dishes of this series is the latest advancement in cementitious core steel
panel access flooring. MATRIX's deep drawn dishes and continuous perimeter
beam puts this panel almost a full working grade above other similar steel flooring
panels.

The MATRIX Cementitious
Panel flooring systems are non-combustible, with a corrosion resistant understructure
and a powder-coat baked epoxy paint top-coated steel panel. Suitable for light
to extra heavy duty, high-rise access flooring for telecommunication exchanges,
banks, currency and share markets, financial institutions, insurance companies,
travelagencies, media networks, betting agencies and computer centres, etc. The
MATRIX Cementitious Panel systems offer a safe, strong, sound reducing,
high moisture resistant floor that can be finished with a wide variety of floor
coverings.
Both ASH and ASF panels are available in various metal thicknesses,
divided into four grades by their strength ratings and directly related to the
structural grade requirements for access floors. All panels can be used as
rigid grid type incorporating stringers or as bare panel cornerlock type installations
screwed directly to the pedestal heads.
The all steel understructure consists
of zinc-plated adjustable pedestals with vibration proof, height adjusting nuts
and galvanised, roll-formed steel stringers. |
