Oriental Printed Circuits Ltd (OPC) was founded May of 1982, and initially produced double sided PTH circuit boards for the consumer electronics market. In the fall of 1986, OPC joined the Meadville Technologies Group (MTG) to form the only vertically integrated printed circuit business in Hong Kong. OPC was ISO9002 certified in 1995 and ISO 14001 certified in 2001.
To cope with the upcoming marketing demand, OPC is the first PCB shop in Hong Kong to install a laser drill machine and with its advanced horizontal pulse plating process to produce High Density Interconnect (HDI) laser microvia PCB since 1998.
In year 2001, OPC developed the advanced technology to provide semiconductor packaging substrate solutions for Chip Scale Packaging, Plastic Ball Grid Array, Ball Grid Array, System in Package and other single and multi-chip packaging applications. |
