RBI Holdings Limited ("RBI") is a listed company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1996 (Stock code: 566). It is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of toys to customers all over the world on Original Brand Manufacturing (OBM), Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) basis.

RBI group mainly produces and distributes plastic and die cast toy products under its two major brand names "RED BOX" and "MOTORMAX" respectively.
