Since its establishment in
1980 in Hong Kong, Wella Plastic Manufactory Limited has earned its
reputation as a reliable plastic manufacturer for its innovative
designs, quality and services.
Wella's products, which are branded
under the Trade Mark "TIKO", are manufactured in its own
factory conveniently located in Shenzhen, China. With a floor area
of 20,000 square meters, the factory is supported by a workforce of
over 700 workers.
The factory has 40 sets of Japanese
injection molding machines with a clamping force in the range of 75
to 450 tons enable a very accurate injection parameter to be set.
The Japanese CNC and wire-cut machines enable high precision
injection mold to be made. With its German-made sharpener blade
production line, Wella's blades will cut sharp and stay sharp.
All R&D, designing, mock-up
making, production and assembling are all conducted within the
company.
