Theme International Holdings
Limited (“Theme”) is a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited
liability and Theme's shares have been listed on main board of The Stock
Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since January 1994 (stock code: 990).
Theme and its subsidiaries (collectively
the “Group”) are principally engaged in the retailing and trading of
garments business. The Group has over 130 retail shops in the region of
Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Indonesia and
Philippine. All shops are managing by two kinds of operations which are
self-management and special permission.
High Fashion International Limited (“High
Fashion”) whose shares have been listed on main board of The Stock
Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 608), acquired majority
interests in Theme in August 2000 and became the substantial shareholder
of Theme. Theme is a member of High Fashion group. |
