Investiciono-komercijalna Banka was founded in 1957 year, performed operations under the name Komunalna Banka Zenica, ans later under the name Kreditna banka Zenica, then Privredna Banka Sarajevo-Osnovna Banka Zenica, and sice 1990 operates under the present name Investiciono-komercijalna Banka DD Zenica.
In 1998 Investiciono-komercijalna Banka DD Zenica conducted the transformation of owners capital and now is a 100% private bank.
